OMG how surprised and happy I am with this bag. The pictures often look good, but reality can be different. This however, lived up to its photo. I love it. I bought the chocolate brown lovely shade. I did quite a bit of research before choosing a bag to buy. I am so happy that I bought this one. It was worth every single penny. It looks beautiful and it's the sturdiest bag I've ever had. It has great little pockets for everything. I especially love the card slots and coin purse built in. Without carrying my wallet everywhere, there is plenty of room for everything else. The adjustable strap has loads of length so I can have it exactly where I like the bag to be for comfort. I love that the main pocket has a zip as well as a flap. All of the trimmings and joints are very strong, I'm not anxious about anything breaking. I will be buying more bags from this collection.

They responded straight away to my comment about the missing shoulder strap. Kept in contact with me. And sent a shoulder strap to me within days. This is a gorgeous handbag, with lots of compartments for our 'bits and pieces'. And high quality leather too. Love it.
