FREE UK RETURNS
If a product becomes defective after use we will offer troubleshooting and support with any issue you may have with the product. In line with current U.K. legislation, it is our policy to either replace or repair any item or part which has become faulty after use and within twelve months of purchase.
Our Customer Service Team will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with a Free Returns Label.
Please include your order number with your e-mail.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How To Submit a Return Request
1. Log in to your account here: in the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for our Customer Service Team.
5. Click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a free return shipping label. After we receive your returned item/s, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used.
