Delivery Information
All items are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday once payment has cleared. It takes approximately 24 hours to process an order and send the instructions to the warehouse. Therefore, an order placed on Tuesday, for example, will normally be dispatched on Wednesday.
Free UK Delivery*
We use a secure courier service to make sure your order reaches you safely. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence. No matter how many products you order at any one time, STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE within the UK. Delivery is 2-3 working days in the majority of cases but on rare occasions may take up to 5 working days. (Excluding Bank holidays).
UK Next Day Delivery*
A small fee of £3.95 is levied for express delivery. Additional items are free. There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 24 hours. This service is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
*(Excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Channel Islands, where separate rates will be displayed at checkout).

Please enter your delivery address carefully as we will be unable to dispatch items where part of the address is missing or incorrect. We are unable to send orders to PO Boxes as a signature is always required. We are unable to send orders to BFPO addresses.
Delivery to the EU is not available from this website, however, Catwalk Collection products can be purchased from Amazon Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and The Netherlands.
